I was born in Melbourne and taught here for three years prior to holding academic positions at the American University Graduate School of Business and the University of Southern California. My consulting practice for over thirty years has included numerous consultancies for the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, hospitals, and commercial and government organisations in Australia and overseas. For three decades I have provided one-on-one executive coaching. Some generic examples of my executive coaching are illustrated on the Executive Coaching page of this site. In parallel I worked as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist in hospital and private practice settings.
I am a professional member of European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the Association for Coaching, the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations, and the Australian Centre for Psychoanalysis. I have served on the Australian Institute of Company Directors coaching panel.
My publications on business management, coaching, information strategies and psychology are shown on the References page of this site. Several of these are available on request.
